These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Notice – Gratitude Journal app (the “App”), operated by Still Space Dev (Individual Developer) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.
The App does not require you to create an account.
Journal data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is synced through Apple iCloud (CloudKit) under your Apple ID. We do not operate our own servers for journal content and do not access your journal entries.
The App offers optional paid features through subscriptions and/or a lifetime purchase (“Pro”).
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
We do not handle payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
Some features of the App are available for free, while others require a Pro subscription or purchase.
Features and availability may change over time.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies.
We cannot issue refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
iCloud Sync is optional and may require a Pro subscription.
When enabled, your data is stored and synced by Apple iCloud and is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
You can enable or disable iCloud Sync at any time within the App.
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding your journal entries), is owned by Still Space Dev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of your journal content.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
The App is not intended to provide medical, mental health, or professional advice. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Space Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law or if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
